Hi Divas,
The weekend isn't over nearly over and I'm exhausted with the response from our Anniversary sale, which is of course a good thing. If you haven't taken advantage of this sale I have one question, "What are you waiting for?".
Also, beware of perpetrators out there attempting to represent themselves as Platinum Wigs or using our photos to push their products. There is only one Platinum Wigs and we're located at http://PlatinumWigs.com. We just discovered yet another seller who had taken some of our photos of our hot bangs and attempted to crop out the logo. However, because the logo was positioned diagonally one could still see "platin". Then the perpetrator took another photo and wrote their name across our name. You gotta love it.
Internet fraud, system hacking, and stealing drives the cost of doing business up which in turn causes the prices on our products to go up. Therefore, it's in the best interest of everyone to report this type of behavior when you come across it, so we can keep our lace front wig prices low.

Hello Again Divas!
Last week the Platinum Wigs team participated in the Bronner Brothers International Hair Show. We came with plenty of wigs and other accessories that were priced to sell. It was both exciting and exhausting. I had to take a couple days to recover, but now we are back on track. If you didn't get a chance to attend. Hello Again Divas!
Firstly, I must apologize for neglecting the blog! I treasure the opportunity to reach out to our loyal customer's and fans. The truth is, we are truly just recuperating from the havoc of the Chinese holiday. I was stunned to learn that the Chinese celebrate their New Year for almost three (3) weeks in February! During this time, the ENTIRE country shuts down. Everyone is off from work. This is a period of celebration and it is spent at home and with family. While that is awesome for them and we would ALL love to take a three week holiday, it was absolutely awful for Platinum Wigs and for our customers! Not only did it cause a delay with some orders, but we were unable to accommodate some rush order requests! This does not sit right with us!
On behalf of Platinum Wigs, I would like to extend a sincere apology to all our customers that were effected. We also would like to thank each of our valued customers for their cooperation and patience. We strive daily to determine ways to improve our customer service. Our goal is for each customer to have a pleasantly memorable experience! Because of your feedback, our team is brainstorming on a regular basis and many changes to policies and products can be expected!
Speaking of upcoming changes, the Platinum Wigs Summer Collection is absolutely amazing! My partners and I are super excited about what is to come! While I can not spill all of the beans - I can tell you that it will include some amazing new wig selections! We are also pleased now offer more accessories to assist you with applying and maintaining your hairpieces. All of these new products are based on what we gathered from your inquires and the feedback you provide. You can rest assured that we are listening!

Happy New Year Divas!
On behalf of Platinum Wigs, I would like to thank all of our great customers for your support and your business. Because of you, Platinum Wigs had a better than expected 2009 year. Each day we awake with the goal of providing a great product along with great service. While no business is totally without mistakes, I truly believe that Platinum Wigs has done a great job accomplishing it's goal. However, we don't take our short term success for granted and we definitely don't take our customers for granted. We realize out of all the lace wig resellers out there, you have chosen to do business with our company. That's an honor that we do not take lightly.
With our first year of being in business nearly behind us, we will continue to work on ways to improve our processes while offering you great products at reasonable prices. Along with growth comes growing pains. But, we will not allow those growing pains to compromise the quality of our lace wigs or our service. We constantly get two questions, "Are your lace wigs really made of 100% Indian Remy Hair?" and "Why are your prices so low?" The answer to the first question is emphatically "YES!" We only sell the highest quality 100% Indian Remy Hair. If you are in doubt, simply check out our eBay feedback and our testimonials.
Each day we are winning more and more loyal customers by standing behind the products that we sell. Our customers are allowed to order our lace wigs and send them back for a full refund if they don't like them. Oh, and we will pay the return postage. Who else is standing behind their lace wigs with that level of guarantee?
Our lace wigs are made from the same quality hair that others are selling for hundreds of dollars more. And yes, we could easily sell our wigs for a higher price, but we've chosen a price point that works for us. I've actually seen a forum discussion where people are skeptical because our prices are "too low". In the words of ShaNaNa, "Oh my GOODNESS!" LOL I suppose I'll just have to see how that discussion goes from afar since I've been banned from that particular discussion board. LOL For those who feel our prices are "too low"; I won't try to convince you not to spend over $300 for the same quality lace wig that Platinum Wigs sell for under $200. Oh well, "to each their own."
