Help Desk For Customers

helpdeskIf you are a current Platinum Wigs customer and require assistance with an order you have placed, please use our help desk support system to ensure your request is routed properly.  You must be a registered user on our site with a username a password.  To register, go to the home page and click on the Register link here or under the Login button. Once you are registered and logged into our system, you can access our Help Desk system by clicking the Access Help Desk link here or from our home page.

Our Help Desk system will alllow you to create a support ticket.  You must log back into the Help Desk system to check the status of your request.  Always include your order number in the Title of your help desk request.

Our help desk system should be used for the following reasons:

  • Check status of order - If you have placed an order and have not received it past the expected delivery date.

  • Request return authorization number - If you need to return a unit, you must use our help desk system to request a return authorization number before returning the unit.  If you return a lace wig without a return authorization number, you will be subject to a $25 service fee if we accept the return.

  • Problem with order - If you have some problem with an order that you have placed with us.
